DEEYYYAMMMN...We totally neutered the University of Washington Huskies tonight. 46-16. Hayl yeah. A helluva lot of touchdowns in the 4th quarter, 2 interceptions, 4 quarterback sacks in a row...and much much more. Yeah! Marching the pregame show was so much fun. We run onto the field into block UCLA formation, play the Fox Fanfare, march around playing strike up the band, company front, then stop, then the fight song (Sons of Westwood) all leading into the famous script UCLA formation, followed by a ripple thang with the capes, then fight song #2 (We are the Mighty Bruins) then run away! Yeah so hella fun. Everyone go march somewhere and have fun. Disney halftime show...blah...but still cool. During the games a small group of band members goes around the stadium to other Bruin fan sections. I went this week. There are a LOT of insane fans. I'm not talking cheering...we cheer...I'm talking running up and down the aisles, jumping on the seats, throwing stuff, craziness. And there's the alumni band who comes and plays, so when we got to their side, there was like a 97 year old cheerleader right in front of me...I could not stop laughing....damn...Anyway UCLA kicks major ass, go Bruins! We're looking over our dead dog Rover that we overran tonight. ALRIGHT!
